Drag and Drop Imposition Software

Imposition software doesn’t have to be complicated. We’ve added simple drag-and-drop functionality within File Splice making it as easy and as quick as possible to impose files. You can see how it’s easy to upload your files by dropping them in the app.

Now see how easy it is to click on a file to add it to a build and how you can edit the quantity. Additional settings are on the right such as adding crop marks, page numbers, the style of which you want to impose, automatic cover sheets and more. Also notice that once you click on a file(s) it will generate the first page preview of what you are creating.

Drag and Drop Multiple File Types

You have the ability to mix and match file types. Drop in PNG, PDF or JPG files together or separately and watch the thumbnails render. Add them to your build in any order you want and impose the different file types together. It’s that simple.

Creating a Drag and Drop Template

The imposition tool uses templates so before you upload your files you need to either select a system template or create your own. System templates are based upon some of the more popular layouts created by companies like Avery, World Labels, ULine, etc. Creating your own template is simple and only takes a moment. Start here and follow the instructions. Make sure you name it according to the product, job or file you’re using for easy reference within the system.
