One of the most popular label templates is the Avery 5160. The size of the 5160 labels are 1” tall by 2.625” wide making them perfect for return address labels or labeling small items such as folders, books, toys or even small jars or canisters.

5160 Label Dimensions and Page Layout Information

5160 size labels are generally printed on standard 8.5”x11” letter size paper but you could build a template with a larger page size if you need to within the File Splice system. They are printed 30 labels to a sheet with a .5” margin on the page top and bottom and .19” margins one each side. Avery doesn’t account for any extra label bleed with the 5160 so the label bleed is 0”.

If you’re looking to print a sheet or two of these for address labels or something else it’s fairly easy to do from any word processing software such as Word or Google Sheets. However, if you’re looking to print dozens, hundreds or even thousands of the 5160 with various designs and quantities you’re going to need something a bit more robust than Google Sheets.
